The Meeting
At this meeting, we want to learn more about you – your likes and dislikes, inspirations and passions. We will listen to your ideas, style, vision and budget of your wedding event. We encourage you to bring books, magazines or photos to the meeting, so we have a better idea of the look and feel you are trying to achieve for your wedding event.
After we confirm your preferences and expectations, we will then share our ideas for your perfect wedding event and provide a preliminary fee structure for our services during the meeting.
The Proposal
After hearing your wedding priorities, we will provide you with a complete proposal of the services and fees that we discussed during the initial consultation meeting. We then discuss the details, make a few recommendations and match them with the services that we offer.
After you accept the proposal and sign a contract, we will start working on your wedding event right away.
The Production
Throughout the entire planning process, we will meet with you and communicate via phone and email all the intricate details that are required for your wedding event.
We will prepare timelines and checklist, making sure that everything that leads up to the event will be all taken care of. We will schedule, confirm and accompany you to vendors meetings and on-site inspections, which allow you to make the best decisions possible for your event.
A few days before the event, we would schedule a final meeting to go through all the logistics and details so that we are on the same page.
The Actual Day
The most important day has come after many months of planning. We will be there to ensure all set ups are done, from start to finish of your event, till the last guest say good-bye.
